free your ambition.

The country’s largest university was born out of the ambition to change the status quo. It took higher education to the masses, allowing all adults from all backgrounds to change their situation.

Playing on the insight that all adults from all backgrounds will have an unrealised academic ambition, we created a campaign that aimed to inspire them to set it free and change their status quo with The Open University.

On TV and in cinema we took people back through time to show the specific moment one person’s choice to change took hold, while in tactically placed OOH, radio and digital we inspired people to set their ambition free at times they were most likely to feel they need a change.
